【摘要】Since the 2009 stimulus, China's economic growth has been supported by credit-financed investments, which in turn has resulted in the buildup of vulnerabilities. Going forward the key will be to implement reforms to transit towards a more inclusive, sustainable, and environmentally-friendly growth, while at the same time addressing the underlying vulnerabilities. The seminar will discuss China's long-term growth potentials through scenario analysis, highlighting the transition toward more sustainable growth under the 'New Normal' would require improving productivity and expanding services sector. The seminar will also discuss preliminary empirical work on real estate adjustments in the context of growth outlook and economic transition.
