【摘要】This Paper studies the effects of high-power incentive system on different kinds of products. The high-power incentive system has significantly positive effect on new-innovative product, but it has no significantly effect on old-ordiniary product. The high-power incentive system and powerful incentive instrument itself both can improve the productivity of new product.
